Message from Andre :
I’ve been running Styled Themes for the last couple of years – a site dedicated to providing creative theme design for WordPress users. As a designer and developer, I was amazed at how quickly Styled Themes has grown and thereby establishing a solid foundation within the WordPress community. I am extremely proud and would like to say thank you for the continued support everyone has given Styled Themes.
I’ve been working on another project with a slight different direction; at which point I realized that it requires more focus and more time from me. With that in mind, it was a difficult decision to make, but I have decided that it’s time for me to move on from Styled Themes.
During the month of October, I went searching for a new owner with the assets and passion required to build on a brand I know has so much potential to give everyone even more. Today, I’m very happy to announce that Styled Themes will continue to grow and deliver quality WordPress themes under a talented team lead by Roshan Bhattarai and his company Proshore.
Finding a new owner for Styled Themes was a challenge because I wanted to find someone I knew would be able to provide the kind of product Styled Themes customers have grown to love. It was important to make sure everyone would be well looked after. When Roshan and his business partner had shown interest, I realized that they would be a good fit for Styled Themes. I know they will be appreciated by current and new Styled Themes members on moving forward. I also have the utmost confidence they will be able to continue what I started two years ago with new ideas, continuing with fantastic support, and to build more themes with better choices.
Roshan and Haico will be taking over all aspects of Styled Themes, and I know there will be follow-up information provided by them as they begin to focus on new theme development. It was our mutual goal to make this transition as seamless as possible for current customers. Your account information will be left unchanged and you will be able download themes and access documentation and support as you always have under your current membership. If you have any specific questions about what’s to come, feel free to contact them and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
As for myself, I plan on continuing my new journey while staying within the WordPress community. I’m especially thankful to have had the opportunity to design and develop themes over the years and for every customer who was willing to invest their time and money into something I created at Styled Themes. So once again, I would like to say thank you for your confidence, acknowledgements, and ongoing support you gave me and to Styled Themes.
