Email Support

Email Support is only to be used as a last resort if you are unable to find answers or solutions from the Help FAQ’s or the Support Forums. Email support is also used if personal information is to be provided that is otherwise not meant for others to see such as login details for your website.

When submitting a ticket, please make sure of the following:

  • Support is provided Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 6:00 UTC+5:45.Your ticket will be answered as soon as possible in the before-mentioned schedule.
  • Provide as much information as possible regarding your enquiry (working links if you are requesting technical support, accurately describe your problem and steps to replicate it etc).
  • Make sure you have an active subscription if you are requiring technical support.
