We are really sorry but we are little confused about your issue what you are trying to tell us? but for the backup you can concern to the hosting provider and you can update your theme, if you did something wrong then you can contact us or you can follow this tutorial. And you can follow the following steps to download the latest version of theme:-
1. Login to Styled Themes
2. Click in My Account
3. And you can get the Theme Name as well version Written in your Download click it and it will start downloading.
