Hi Elizabeth,
First of all install the WordPress Importer plugin and import all post/pages and nora.wordpress.2017-06-09.xml from the below attached zip file.
Again you need to install widgets importer & exporter plugin to import widgets settings i.e; widgets-data.wie file from the below attached zip file.
Note: Please make sure you installed all the plugins attached to the file and later after importing widgets and post/pages you need to set up settings for menus and front page.
