Gallery and light box feature from WooCommerce tries to cover full size of the container which blurs and extend the image.
Your product image container is 409×635 px , whereas you image size is 296x463px. So we recommend you to keep image of 409x635px so your image well fits on that product image container.

Let us know how it goes after changing the image size.
