Regarding Regenerating Thumbnail
Go to your woocommerce > settings > products > display where you can crop and change the image sizes. You then have to regenerate your thumbnails for those changes to take effect by using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Then clear the cache and reload your page,it should work.
