For example: it appears on all pages http://primelubeinc.com/industries/ but not my home page (which is the most important).
I added it through appearance>widgets. I added the text widget to the announcement widget. This is the text I added:
Title: Need Information About the Upcoming Price Increases?
Click here for the latest news.
Show widget for everyone. Show on checked pages. I have the Home pages included in this.
