Andrea, did you ever get a reply? I have posted and emailed them directly regarding an issue with outdated WooCommerce template files, and have not received a response.
Pure & Simple Pro has not been updated in over a year. It’s very frustrating to be paying for support and compatibility updates and not be receiving either.
