Hi julie,
I found that you haven’t inserted the code that we provided in child theme css files. So, Please insert it.
The Steps to insert the css are as follows:

  1. Go to Appereance
  2. Go to Editor
  3. Select the style.css file from right side
  4. Paste the code that we have provided
