Thanks, Shekhar, but perhaps you didn’t read my whole post? If I go to Customize->Colors->Content Bottom Border it shows color #bf7b7b, which IS the color I want, and the color that shows on the other pages on the site. BUT, on the home page, and only on the home page, this is the color that appears: #7CABB0.
