Hi Aki Christina,

You can use manage excerpt content length and content read more tag for all the posts and obviously its global. Can you explain us on detail where excerpt length is not working and where you want to implement same. Here in our theme we have used masonry style for Cascading grid layout library. Excerpt length and content read more tag can be used any where.
