You can achieve those by placing text widgets on Bottom 1 , Bottom 2 , Bottom 3 and Bottom 4 widgets areas. But those widgets areas will render text widgets content just above the footer areas.
If you want exactly as your requirement then you need to customize footer.php template keeping on child theme.
Before customizing be sure you are technically sound on WordPress, otherwise you may be on problems
