When you look at your source code of your page, this code you shown me no longer is there?
body.myatu_bgm_body { background-image: none !important;background-color: #ffffff !important; }
If that is gone now, then when you go to Appearance >> Background >> then change the colour background with the selector further down on that page, you should be able to change the background colour.
