Yes… I tried to install your “downloaded” zip files into the wordpress theme install… which was wrong.
Once I unzipped your downloaded zip files and used those… I had not issue with Preference since it was the first time that I installed that theme… but, since I already had Celestial installed I got the above cannot install error.
