I think it has something to do with your plugin or script that you have that floats this:

Establish your market presence in English-speaking countries!
I will convey your company's message to English customers and business partners.

I notice there is a delay but when it floats upward, that extra space below happens. Here is a test, take that widget out and see what happens.
