It’s an anomaly that happens which I’ve been trying to find a way to correct…but basically what happens is that when an extra line of content (such as your Canal Court) item has, it causes that crazy next row layout. Currently the only way to solve that is to change the wording so that you get only the 3 lines of text to match the others. Another method would be to adjust the number of characters of the item summary to be slightly less from within the file “content-portfolio3.php” this line of code:

You would change it from say 30 to 27.

I made a note to try adding the option settings for these portfolio character summary counts from within the theme options so one does not have to edit the theme file.

In the meantime, I know it sounds like a pain, but try the first option to adjust the intro text part to be a little less on that one portfolio item so it moves up to be just 3 lines of text.
