That is odd because when I go to the link you provided and look at the style.css file, it shows this info:

Theme Name: Celestial Reloaded
Theme URI: https://www.styledthemes.com/celestial

Author URI: https://www.styledthemes.com

The 1.5 version and screenshot you posted above, is that the “active” theme? That screenshot is the old “Celestial” theme.
