You need to Go to Tools -> Localization

Then click on Theme Tab and choose Luminescence .

Now Click on Add new language and add your language there and click on create po file.

After adding the language, click on rescan button and on popup click on Scan now.

Now you’re ready for translation. Click on edit button on the language to edit the language texts.
