Why is this happening? I need to activate the license so I can get updates. When I try, I get this error:
“An error occurred, please try again.”
It doesn’t work.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Please SUPPORT ME with an answer!

Deactivate the old license first and then activate the new one

This is a new install
I don’t have a “new” license.
