Hi Eric…not quite sure what you mean by the right hand widget?

This will be using basic html for that by putting it into a text widget. Generally it’s going to be this:

    description

For more info about this, I recommend checking out this site: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp

Tried that all I got was the link to the picture.

WordPress doesn’t make this easy, but when you go to your Media Library and click on the “Edit” link for an image, in the upper right is a box labeled as Save. The “File URL” field has a link in it…this is the one you would use for the path to the image. Likewise, if you do a fresh upload of a new image, click on the “edit” link next to it after it uploads to get to that window to grab that url.

I think I might have left out the quotes. I will mess with it later.

missing the quotes… that could be the problem.
