Adding redirect link to button on pricing boxes

Hi there, I have set up my pricing boxes and they look great, but I can’t figure out how to create a link from the button to a payment page, my email address or anywhere else. I can’t see how to add an html link and I tried adding a link in the code where it said target ” ” but didn’t have any luck.
Actually, I have another related question now too – I have used the Advanced Text Widget to create 4 image boxes on my front page and again I can’t work out how to attach a hyperlink to them, for them to redirect to the relevant pages when clicked on.
Any suggestions? I really could do with your help please, as otherwise I have various things that look great but don’t actually serve any purpose right now.

where if you ignore the target = “_blank” it will show in the same page.
