Announcement Widget Color in Circumference

I just upgraded my site to Circumference 5.0.1 and I am unable to change the announcement widget color as I was able to do in the previous version. see attached. Announcement color widget is set to a teal color and yet the announcement bar will only show a dark gray color.
Can this be fixed?

We are really sorry to inform you that, we recently found the bug in our theme, so we will fix this issue asap and release a new version of the theme but for now you can use the following css to fix the issue;

#cir-wrapper {
	background-color: #25B7C3;
	color: #fff;
}

NOTE: Please use the child theme style.css or custom css plugin to write the css.

There is an issue with the banner background color as well. In Circumference 5.0.1 I can’t change the color. Please let me know how to work around it till the next update.

We will fix this issue in theme update but we have provide the css in above so you can change the background color in the css for now but soon we will release a new update with fixing this issue. And after we update the theme we will contact you asap. We hope you understand.

The Announcement Widget Color css you provided worked. But the Background Color in Customizing Banner Header wasn’t working either so I ended up going back to the older version.

Hi SGupte,

It is due to the background image of header, so please use the following steps to remove the header and you can change the background color of banner also;
Go to Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Header Image => then remove the header image => And save it.

And try to change to color it will work perfectly. We hope this will be helpful to you, if you have any confusion then please let us know.
