Hi,
I’m not sure if you will be able to help me with this or not. I am trying to use an image for a background on one of my widgets, but I cannot seem to make it work.
My site is http://premiereroux.com/
The code I tried using to change the content bottom widget background is:
.lr_widget_content_bottom {
background: url(http://premiereroux.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Elegant_Background-18.jpg) !important;
}
Thank you in advance if there is any assistance you can provide.
Diana
PLEASE DISREGARD THIS TOPIC. I checked my site on my tablet and the background image shows. Still doesnt show on my desktop…although I flushed cache and deleted browsing history. Hmmm…
Anyways, thanks! Sorry to bother!
Hi Diana,
No problem, if you face any problem in further then please let us know.
Thanks
Thank you for your reply. I’m a little stumped though…
My tablet reflects the new background images I placed on my widgets, However, my desktop does not show the changes. I tried looking my site up on two other computers at work that I never use and they did not show the background images either….
Any suggestions??
Hi Diana,
Please use the following css to fix your issue:
.lr_widget_content_bottom {
background-image: url(http://premiereroux.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Elegant_Background-18.jpg);
}
Thanks

}
.left_sidebar{
background-image: url(http://premiereroux.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/27377781-White-stone-tiles-wall-background-Stock-Photo-LIGHTENED-4.jpg) !important;
}
.right_sidebar{
background-image: url(http://premiereroux.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/27377781-White-stone-tiles-wall-background-Stock-Photo-LIGHTENED-4.jpg) !important;
}

background-image: url(http://premiereroux.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Puppy-LIGHTENED2-resized-1.jpg) !important;

Hello there,
Since my last reply on this thread, the background images on my left & right sidebars and bottom content widget on the home page has been linking to the WRONG IMAGE. I waited a few days to see if it simply took awhile to reflect all of the updates, but it is still showing the wrong image.
This is the link I have the background image set to in the stylesheet css:
This is the image that is actually showing on the site:
http://premiereroux.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Elegant_Background-18.jpg
Any tips you can give me would be great.
Hi Diana,
If You are using wrong then you can just replace the image URL which do you to kept as background image. We hope you understand.
Thanks
? Hmmm no I guess I don’t understand. The image URL is correct in my stylesheet, but my desktop site is displaying a different background image.
Hi Diana,
We found that the URL is not correct, so we just change it and we have kept the code in following direction:
Go to Dashboard => Appearance => Edit css
We hope you understand.
Thanks
