Hello VQP,
Sorry for the inconvinience and delay!
Quite strange but fresh installation of the theme manages it to work fine again. Copy all your customizations to child theme and just do the fresh installation again. After that set the widget visibility as mentioned above. It should definitely work.
If you’re confused anywhere let us know.
Thanks for your cooperation again!
It still is not working and the Flat Responsive Pro 4.2.8 keeps saying to update even after I downloaded and reuploaded on both websites.
everytime I refresh it keeps stating to update even tho I am on current version. I need to get this fixed and I have been waiting ???
I have found the solution, I had posted this exact same thing here
Home › Forums › WordPress Themes – Premium › Flat Responsive › Slider not showing on other pages
However I had removed the height in this website and it still did not work, what I did now was
1.Go to header image section
2.Make sure there was no height
3.Setting was on “Display Header Image & Banner Sidebar On All Pages” Remember the banners were showing up IN THE CUSTOMIZER”
4. I checked “Display Header Image & Banner Sidebar On front page only” and that worked
5. I then set it BACK to “Display Header Image & Banner Sidebar On All Pages” this made the other page “Services” NOW show the banner correctly
There is definitely a problem, you should not have to do this everytime you are using any slider plugin. please correct this issue
Also the issue on the problem with the update
Thank You
Let me know asap when everything has been corrected
Hello VQP,
If you use Image widget inside Banner Wide widget area and set the widget visibility to specific page it is working fine.
In this case you don’t have to use any slider plugin every now and then. Please check your installation again or we will do it for you.
Regarding update notification, it should be due to plugin conflict try by deactivating the plugin/s temporarily.
Thanks!
