Blog page is not in ‘Posts’ menu

    When I select a Static Front Page from the customise menu and then go to the Posts menu, I can’t find the page for my blog posts. This is probably really simple, but can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

    It’s ok, I’ve done it – but I can’t work out how to delete this forum post! :S

    But for anyone who comes here to see a similar issue, perhaps explain what you did to solve it
