    This happens when the format of the post is set to image with a featured image

    Hi Phil…you will have to fill me in on what exactly is happening. The Image format is generally used when you are just posting images only and not really using the Featured Image function; just inserting into the post only.

    Hi, Sounds like this is me!

    I was trying to get the posts on the blog page to display a summary only rather than the whole post. It does this unless I select the image format with a featured image I guess I should just insert the image normally then this will happen rather than use the featured image feature.
