1. How can I add a thin border around the Tag Cloud?
2. And why is there a larger space between Instagram and Pinterest?

For #1, you have to create custom css to the class=”tagcloud”, something like:

.tagcloud {border: 1px solid #ccc;}

For #2, Your instagram plugin is in an iframe with dimensions, so you will need to check with the documentation for that plugin and/or the developer for that one.
