Can't Change "Cart or Logout" text

Hi, i can’t change “Cart or Logout” Text to of the Theme to Greek language or to any other language,
i have try everything, i have try loco translate,edit the Header.php, edit the po files, everything possible,
and i dont know why but my cart now says “carts” can you tell me what exactly to edit, i am searching hours now, Thanks.

Hi and Thanks for answering, i have try the tutorial but it didnt work for me, i try it to the simple version of the theme too, which is the child theme connected, nothing is still in english, the “Carts” left for a while and said “Cart” to the simple version of the theme, to the premium and to the child theme, but now is back again dont know what else to edit or to do, thanks.
