Can’t rotate photos

Hello, I started a post in the wordpress.org forum a week ago, I didn’t realize that the forum was only for the free version. So I am posting it now here, I hope it’s ok. Below are parts of the conversation:

For the past month, I’ve been having issues rotating some of the photos. It doesn’t happen to all of them, only some. It’s random. Even if they look the right way on my computer, once I upload them to my blog, they turn sideways. I’ve also tried editing them in WordPress, they look like they’re correct, but once they’re on the post, they continue sideways.

Any ways to help me, would be great.

When I am on the dashboard, while editing the post, the pictures are sideways (even after publishing post) and when I go on the actual site on firefox, they are sideways and on chrome they are cut off.

Hi Flavia,

This issue seems strange , so could you please send us wp -login details with image which are roatating so it will be easy for both of us to find the solution as soon as possible.

Before preceding please try by deactivating plugin and re-uploading the image, that may solve your issue.

Hello Flavia,
i see your site in chrome and firefox and noticed images are rotating. To find the actual issue we need to access your dashboard. i checked our theme there is no issue like that. so please, can you send us your wp-admin login details at [email protected]

hello Flavia,

can you try re uploading photo or use photoshop / photo editor tool to rotate image you want. i checked uploading some images in you site and i didn’t notice any changes in image rotation

Ok, I’ll email what I am doing with screen images. On my computer they are all rotated, when I upload they are not, then I go on edit on wordpress, rotate them and they are still NOT rotating. Yes, they show sideways on the uploaded media, that’s my issue. When you click on edit, they are the right way up. Thanks.
