Carrito de compras en Circumference

El domingo hice una nueva solicitud en el foro en relación a un tema que yo tenía y que ahora seguramente por el cambio que ustedes hicieron en la página no aparece en el foro ni recibi en mi correo la respuesta.

Este hacía relacion a la pagina http://www.langprovet.com/carro con el tema Circumference donde usando el Woocomerce esa pagina queda mal.

En su respuesta me dice que debo actualizar Circumference y debo antes hacer una copia de seguridad y me dice que instale el plugin de duplicator para hacer este paso.

Hice lo anterior y al hacer el scann con duplicator me aparecen unos “warn” por lo que no continue. En la pagina de duplicator dice que hay que tener algunos conocimientos tecnicos para hacer la copia y yo no los tengo.

Le pido el favor me diga si ustedes me pueden hacer esa actualizacion del tema, lo estoy necesitando con urgencia y no me atrevo hacerlo yo e ir a perder mi pagina.

Quedo a la espera de su respuesta que como las otras que he solicitado han sido bien resueltas por usted.

We are really sorry but we are little confused about your issue what you are trying to tell us? but for the backup you can concern to the hosting provider and you can update your theme, if you did something wrong then you can contact us or you can follow this tutorial. And you can follow the following steps to download the latest version of theme:-
1. Login to Styled Themes
2. Click in My Account
3. And you can get the Theme Name as well version Written in your Download click it and it will start downloading.

Yo tenía una conversación con usted en otra consulta en el foro, esta desafortunadamente no aparece. Le anexo una imagen del correo que recibí el domingo para que ojalá usted pueda ingresar y entender lo que yo le estoy pidiendo en este post.

No he podido ingresar a este dónde está mi consulta muy clara y su respuesta también.

Necesito ayuda, Mi pregunta inicial en el foro anterior fue sobre la página http://www.langprovet.com/carro que si la puede ver no está bien

Hi Maria,

We have understand your issue but due to our new look of website that topic doesn’t exist now, we are really sorry for that but as per your issue, if you update your theme to latest version then your issue will be solved, so please update your theme and let us know that if problem still exist or not? Vuelvo al comienzo de mi consulta en https://www.styledthemes.com/forum/circumference/2229-http-www-langprovet-com-carro/10154 (no se porque no aparece).

Lo que necesito saber es por que la página del carrito de compras queda mal? como puedo hacer para que quede bien?

Hi Maria,

As we have told you already please update your theme because we have made some changes and fix some issue regarding the Woo-Commerce, and after you update the theme the issue which is showing in the cart page should be fixed, if not then only we will help you to fix this issue because as we have already fix this issue in our latest version but you are not using the latest version as we have told you to update the theme time to time. We hope you understand.

Yo le entiendo perfectamente, pero quizá la que no se ha hecho entender soy yo. Le pido el favor de leer el primer comentario que hago en esta cadena del foro y por favor me ayude a resolver el problema que se me presenta.

Me excusa tanta molestia pero debo dejar funcionando bien mi sitio web. Hice como usted me dijo la actualización del tema, efectivamente el carrito mejoro, pero ahora repite por cada producto 2 veces el total y el boton de finalizar compra como lo verá en la imagen que le anexo. También quiero preguntarle como puedo editar la pagina de carrito de compras?

We found the bug in our theme, so we will fix this issue asap and release a new theme update. As well as we will send you message after we update our theme. We hope you understand.
