Changing to a styled theme and a file type is gone

I was using a theme called Kimbo from another company. We switched to Sleeky Pro. There was a file type called Portfolio, and it would let us set up a page as a template called Portfolio. And, then it would display all of the records in the portfolio file.

Is there anyway to incorporate this into the site with the sleeky pro theme? The files are the in the database. However the Portfolio option on the dashboard is gone, and I am guessing that the Portfolio page template isn’t there either.

You can find a portfolio template in Sleeky pro as well.
Go to Dashboard>>Portfolio and add projects.
Please find the attachment;

Also check you’ve completely switched the theme without any data loss (theme files)

I disabled all the plugins and it didn’t help. I loaded my old Kimbo these and portfolio is there. But not with sleekypro or sleekypro child.

The portfolio file is really haunting me. I had set up a completely new installation, restored theregenerist.com to it. Then imported the demo, and got this in the log….

I happened to look at the menu, where many of the portfolio pages were attached. The menu description of the attached pages are PROJECT not PORTFOLIO.

The error message as generated; Failed to import jetpack-portfolio-type America and so on.
Please make sure you have jetpack plugin installed on your website.
Also check if the post type used by old portfolio items matches the one with the new one if not change the old portfolio items to new one and re import.

the login works now. I had set it up on theregenerist.com. now it is setup on that site, and also the test import site, kidneyfiltration.org

on kidneyfiltration.org, you will have to import the data for the homepage again. It is a fresh migration.
