    OK, I give up. How do I organize page content into columns using shortcodes like on the demo site?

    Hi Carrie,

    We are still confused about your issue, so could you please explain it to me in detail regarding to the problem .
    But as per our assumption we tried to help you out with following steps:

    1>If you were using obsolete version of encase, please update to newer version 1.1.1. Our themes comes with many templates like Homepage, widgets only and page with widgets.

    2>Homepage Templates: Selecting this template in page will create column layout of post.
    Widgets Template: This will display just widgets in your page. for this please place Text widgets in Top1, Top2, Top3 widgets position and your three column layout will appear
    page with widgets Template: This will include content of your page along with other widgets.

    if this doesn’t help you , please provide us with detail information including screen shot.
