Hello,

My website contact us page – http://www.metiswealth.com.au/contact-us/ – is experiencing issues when a client submits an online enquiry.

I receive an email with their name and email address, but the subject box and text does not flow through. I get zero of their messages and have to email back and ask them to email me again.

What have I missed? Can you please let me know how to fix this issue.
