Where in the themes is there a Custom CSS panel? Yes, I use child themes, but it would be nice to have this.

Thank you Sandy for the suggestion. I’ve had discussion about this with Andre and it seems that there is already a lightweight plugin for this purpose so you can use that one : https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/
