Hi,
I bought the “Encase Pro” theme, as it suits my needs, but for this customer I need the colours to be able to be manipulated from WP, not in the CSS. I have only one option in the “Colors” section of the customiser, and I can’t even see any difference when it is changed (and saved, of course).
For example, I’ve changed the only available colour option to bright yellow, and do not see that in the site at all:

Specifically the following lines in your description of the template imply that changing colours is possible:
“Unlimited colors options”
“Let your imagination run wild with unlimited colours and take advantage of the many theme options that are included within the WordPress Theme Customizer.”
