ParticipantDear Sir/ Madam
I went to woocommerce setting and found that all three items under “Layout of shop page” were unchecked. I checked one of them to see the result. I am not sure what changes it has made because I can not undo it now. After checking one option it can only be changed from another option. What is this option and how can I go back to original position by unchecking all options.
Thanks for your support and time
Arshad

ParticipantHi Arshad,
Those are radio buttons not the checkout buttons, so if you select one time then it is not available to unchecked it , so you can just keep it in the full Width if you do not want to keep the sidebar. We hope you understand.
We look forward to your respond.
Thanks

ParticipantUnder “Customize” menu area, ‘Page Left sidebar’ and ‘Blog Left sidebar’ does not appear.
Besides I have tried all options to add any widget to left sidebar, either text or image or whatever. From widget area I add widget to Left sidebar but the left sidebar doesn’t appear after I refresh the site. How can I bring back the left side bar?
From Widget I click “Manage in customizer” where it only shows Page Right Sidebar and Blog Right Sidebar…..The other two options, namely Page Left Sidebar and Blog Left Sidebar which are available in Widget area are not displayed in customizer.
I hope I am able to convey my issue. Thanks

ParticipantHi Arshad,
If you want to keep the left sidebar in Blog page then you can select via customize inside the Basic setting which helps you to show the sidebar in the Blog page and if you want to show the sidebar in the pages then you need to select the page template which you will get inside the page or you can follow the following steps to select the page template:
Go to Dashboard => Pages => select the page where you want to show the sidebar while selecting the page you can get edit option then click in the edit => after you enter the page you can get the option to select the page template in right sidebar => Then select the page template and update it.And regarding the widget in customize we haven’t kept it all so, you can use it via Appearance => widget.
Please let us know if we are understanding you fully or if perhaps this is not what you meant.
We look forward to your responseThanks
