Customize Feature Not Loading

Don’t know if anyone else is having this issue, perhaps it was an update on a plugin that caused the issue. Anyway, the Customize feature won’t load. The result is indicated in the screen shot. URL is daveshealth.com. Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

Hi Dave’s Health,

It seems you are using obsolete version ie 1.2.3, we are already on to version 2.0.0 . Please update to latest version which may solve your issue.

Let us know if still you got any problem after updating theme to latest version.

To get update login to styled themes and go to my-account and download the latest version of theme.

I’ve gone to My Account, clicked on the Preferential theme package download, and got a maintenance mode message. I repeated this a couple days later and received the same message. Am I missing something or is the site really in extended maintenance mode?

Dear Dave’s Health,

To remove this you need to remove .maintenance file from root directly of your site
see here for reference:

You have to use cpanel or ftp to access root folder of your WordPress site.

Please login with your same credentials in here https://www.styledthemes.com/login/.
Then your purchased theme will be listed in my-account page if your subscription is not expired. Please also send us your email address through which you purchase our theme so that we can check and reply you if subscription is expired.
