I bought a 1yr access to your flat responsive pro theme in November 2015. You supplied me with this link for downloads: http://www.styledthemes.com/downloads.
However, on this page I cannot find a download link for my theme, only a buy option (I am logged in to styled themes.com with username and password)

It seems that you have purchase the theme in November 14, 2015 and your download is expired on November 14, 2016. So, you need to renew your membership for the theme download and after you renew your membership you need to login to styledthemes.com and go to my-account where you will find the downloads. I don’t understand. If my membership expires in November 14, 2016, there should still be a month left, right? It is only October 2016 now.

We are really for the confusion but as we said above your membership expired on November 14, 2016 after November 15 if you want the support and theme update then you need to renew your membership. And we said that where to get the theme package to download we hope you got the theme package if not then please let us know.

We have checked your account and it works fine here, so please follow the following steps to download the theme;
Firstly login to styledthemes.com => my account => Where you will find the theme package of latest version and download it.
