    Hi. I have noticed a problem with encase pro. even the latest versions. While the revolution slider has that little status bar moving across the top of the pictures, there are points where the submenu items will not display. You have to wait for an iteration of the status bar to complete before the dropdown submenus will display properly. The demo site does this as well. If you don’t experience it the first time around, try it again on subsequent iterations. You will see it.

    This is happening in both firefox and internet explorer.

    Thanks,
    Gary

    Dear Gary Pfeffer,

    Thank you for notifying those errors.Could you please add this custom css on child theme style.css or additional css section of customizer [ if you are using latest WordPress version 4.7.1 ]. This may solve your issue.

    #header #nav li {
        height: auto;
    }

    Let us know how it goes for you.

    Thanks

    No. That didn’t do it. It is acting differently. The menu popup displays, but when you move the mouse down to select one of the sub options, the dropdown just disappears. This happens for part of the time. Then it lets you select.

    Hi there,

    We had checked on your site, but couldn’t see the custom css on your site. The solution we have given is to solve the hover problems on main menu.

    Please remove the cache if there is any so we can see if that custom css is working or not.

    Thanks

    I readdressed this recently. There are two places to enter additional css in my customize section under appearance. Once of of the two css sections seems to have no effect. The other works fine. No need to address this really. I just now know where to put my changes. I can live with the anomaly.
