Encase Pro Customization

Am I missing something or are there hardly any customization features built in to this theme? Your other themes offer color, menu, widgets, typography, layout and many other customizable features. I thought I’d be able to do many of the same things with this theme as I could with the others without having to modify the CSS. Is this just a very plain theme with no customization or built in features?
