Why the theme encase pro does not have the options menu and sticky header equal the free version?

Sorry for the inconvenience ,we had upgraded our theme to version 2.0.0. Please update your theme to latest version.

Here in the tutorial we have taken flat responsive as an example, you can applied same for encase theme.
