First bad sign of new owner?

I am so so sad right now! I so loved your immediate replies to our questions. Always with a smile and humor . And now I see the first sign of change: I sent a question yesterday and…no reply – I was surprised because even on weekends Andre is always here for us.

Now I understand.

Dear Prisca,

We understand your concern. And I can assure you’ll get same amount of humbleness from our side too :cheer:

Also please note that timezone of support hours has been changed, our timezone is now GMT + 5:45 so that will very different timezone compared to which Andre used to reply.

Regarding support on weekends, we will try to reply support thread in the weekend as I did today but as a father of 2.5 year kid it’s not possible to reply in every weekend and I hope that’s understandable.

A change of team is always a change of well loved habits as well as a change in some points that get better than before.
We are all very, very blessed with Andre and we are sad to lose him to another project.

Let’s all welcome the new team , knowing that Andre will have chosen the best possible that will give us the same quality of support and themebuilding as he always did – and let’s be suprprised what good stuff for us they the have in their pockets.

And Roshan great news for new themes! I have a post with “suggestions”: https://www.styledthemes.com/forum/general-topics/1108-starting-a-themes-suggestions-thread – just saying… – I kind of did that on my website with circumference: http://www.theportwebdesign.com but I have to use layerslider to have the 100% section in the middle of the content so that’s not perfect – uses too many js. But I have now the title below the breadcrumbs in a colored band and my 100% section in the content – also with the plugin mystickymenu my menu is sticky. Lots of fun!

I just thought I would jump in before the new team revokes my forum privileges LOL :whistle:

I’m glad to see everyone is giving the new team a chance because to be honest, I have the utmost confidence in their abilities with continuing success with Styled Themes. I’ve already seen improvements, not to mention that Roshan already fixed a theme issue that I did not fix (Thanks Roshan !)

Anyway, I’m not here much longer, and looking forward to seeing Styled Themes become even better 🙂

You know – one thing hugely important with your themes is the responsiveness. I use a lot of themes for work – realtors themes and often I tested other themes than yours
before I can really customize yours so they don’t all look the same and none are as good.

And believe me or not very few themes – I am talking about the very well known and high end one – are so perfectly responsive than yours – just seamless – they all have some
type of glitches when seen on mobile/tablets – either it’s the menu or else.

So that’s your big strength – and the class of the look and the easiness to customize.

Don’t change anything

Those suggestions are really valuable for us while and it gives more idea about what customers are looking for. We’re gathering ideas for updates of existing themes and new themes. I really liked the way you converted menu using mystickymenu 🙂 . We will try to make sure we will provide same level of support and quality which Andre used to provide.

And thank you Andre for having confidence on us and we will make sure we won’t disappoint you.
