I’ve just started a new site using Flat Responsive. When I add an item to the Main Menu, it also appears in the Footer Menu. However, I have not set up a Footer Menu anywhere, so I don’t know why it’s going there too. I’ve used this theme before with no problem.

We had updated flat responsive to version 4.2.0 fixing your issue, please update your theme to latest version.
