Forgot password not working

In My Account, when I click on “Forget Your Password? which takes me to: https://panharmonia.org/home/my-account/lost-password/
I enter my email address, and when I click on the Submit button the mouse icon changes to a red circle with a slash through it. I do get the message to “Check my email for the confirmation link” but the email either isn’t sent or it never arrives. WooCommerce System Status shows that circumference/woocommerce/myaccount/form-lost-password.php is up to date. Hope you can help with this very important function.

Found the solution. After MX records were changed to use Gmail’s servers email from the site wasn’t being delivered. Installed this plugin:
https://wp-ecommerce.net/easy-wordpress-smtp-send-emails-from-your-wordpress-site-using-a-smtp-server-2197
and it has solved the problem.
