Hello, I see there are snippets for the sample contact form included in the extras folder that was supplied with the theme download, but it only includes snippets for regular buttons and not the other form elements that you show within the Theme demo site. Do you have snippets for the Select, Radio buttons or the inline checkboxes?

Sorry it’s seems that we forgot to add it. Here is the code for select elements :
