Full width showcase banner

I just downloaded the Flat Responsive Pro theme. When I added the Meta Slider as a widget to the “full width showcase banner” under Customization – Widgets – Banner Wide, it shows up successfully in the Banner Wide section of the Home page, but it also shows up on all pages as well. I am unable to change that even when I try a different page template under Pages – Quick Edit. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Also – when I tried accessing a link to a response given to a post under Category: Flat Responsive – TOPIC: Page Layout, I was surprised to be given the message “Error – You are not authorised to view this resource.” The link was http://www.styledthemes.com/flat-responsive-set…-selected-pages-only, and I even subscribed to this topic.

Your help on the 2 items above is greatly appreciated.

Hi Michael Hart,

To show the widgets on selected pages you should follow the link as provided earlier http://www.styledthemes.com/flat-responsive-set…-selected-pages-only

and regarding not authorised to view the resource you should log in to view that source, and sometimes the cache problem doesn’t detects the user login so we recommend you to login from the same page which will solve the problem.
