Got problem with live composer

Recently I have purchased Flat Responsive and I have problem during the set up my website.
The problem is I couldn’t able to edit my pages using live composer. I have attached the screenshot. Please give me some solution asap.

Hi, here is my site admin login and password details.

FTP Details:
FTP username: [email protected]
FTP password: Mustafa0!!6
Also one more request, I would like to add video on the home page slider section(header), so how can I achieve this? should I use plugin, if yes, which plugin should I use?
Please help me to fix this asap.

Hi There,

Please do not use the plugin which we have deactivate, it seems you have again install the same plugin. Without adding this Font Awesome Shortcodes plugin try again once.

Hi There,

Please use the following css to maintain the height of header;

.flat_responsive_header {
    height: 115px;
}

NOTE: Please use the child theme style.css or custom css plugin to write the css.
