Header Image not responsive

Hi, I am facing the same issue and cant find a solution in this post. Adding the following code makes no difference:

.header-bg {
background-size: 100% 100%;
}

I am running the latest version 4.3.0 of Pure & Simple.

The header background is only responsive in width but not in height.
