Header image won't show

So in the theme customizer it says I should upload/use an image sized 2560×300, but when I use an image (the one in the attachment) with exactly those dimensions it won’t show properly (it gets cropped really weird).

I don’t have any plugins except for your recommended ones and ‘Ninja Forms’, which shouldn’t be a problem, right? What am I doing wrong?

NB: I’m quite a noob when it comes to building sites and using WordPress and all that, so sorry if it’s a silly question.

Also, I have set that image as header now, so you can check what it looks like.

HI Colton,

Sorry for the incovenience caused, can you please upload the image of 2560×900. That will give you perfect look on to your website.

And more things we noticed about is, you had kept white background on social icons which is causes hidding of icons, so please change the background color of social icons. And also if you are not using top bar information please hide that from customizer options only.
