    Good Morning,

I am a repeat customer I just bought my second theme for you guys. 🙂 Two years ago I bought Preference for my first website, which is now complete at http://www.pvda.org. Thank you very much! I found your code to be easy to understand and customize, and your current themes have so many nice options, that I decided to venture into Lavish Pro to build my second client website. Thank you very much again!

I downloaded and installed Lavish Pro on my localhost last night, and one of the first things I noticed when I went to the customizer to take a look at all the color settings, is that the selected color hex code is not displayed in the color picker, and there is no longer a “Default” button to let you set a color back to its default value, instead, there is a “Clear” button. I attached a screen shot as an example. Is this the intended behavior? Your other themes did not work this way, I can’t remember if the free version of Lavish worked that way.

I am using the Chrome browser and latest version of Lavish Pro 1.0.8.

Now that I have played with some of the colors, is there an easy way to set them back to their default values?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Valerie,

There is no selection of color in which there is clear button, if there is default color is selected, then there will be Default button also. For example in Background Color there is selected Black color as a default color, if you want to change the color then it show default button because in other color option it is not select any color, simply it is kept as false color.

    Thanks

    Hi Binaya,

Thank you for replying, although I don’t really understand what you are trying to say. Your first sentence says “There is no selection of color in which there is a clear button.” But, in the picture I have attached to this post, there IS a “clear” button. And there is no “Default” button. So, I am a little bit confused. So, based on what is shown in the attached picture, what do I have to click on in order to set the color back to the original color it was when I installed the theme? Ordinarily, I would click on a “Default” button, but since there is no Default button, I’m not sure how to do it.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Valerie,

Clear button is also helping to keep the default color of theme, so there is only the change in text instead of Default there is Clear button, but it is used to keep the default color of the theme. So clear button is also work as default button.

    Thanks

Ok Thank You, I miss being able to see the color code though. Now i have to use a browser color picker eye dropper to find out the hex code for the color. There is at least one of the old style color pickers with a Default button still in the theme options. I can’t remember exactly where it is, but it might be for setting the color for the line at the top of the footer.

    Hi Valerie,

Please follow the following steps to change the color for the line at the top of the footer:
Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Color Setting=> Color=> And change the color of Bottom Widget Top Border Color=> Then Save it.

    Thanks
